How we practise
Classes are taught in a group under a teacher's guidance. Movements and techniques are explained and demonstrated first, then gradually reinforced through repetition. The aim is not to keep up with others, but to develop your own movement according to your current knowledge and physical abilities.
You can join a group class without previous experience. Beginner groups are designed for learning the basics progressively, receiving feedback and developing at your own pace.
Choose a beginner group for your first visit. Please speak to the teacher before joining an advanced group.
