Two ways to submit

Through the eDavki portalSearch for the form “Zahteva za namenitev dela dohodnine za donacije (Doh-Don)”.
With a paper formSend the completed and signed form to the competent financial office.
Submit onceOnce you submit the form, it remains valid every year until you change the recipient.

Fill in the request through the CNVOS form.

We do not store the entered data. The form is embedded from the external CNVOS service.
