Bring comfortable sports clothes, clean indoor shoes or the option to practice barefoot, a bottle of water and an open mind. No special equipment is required for the first visit.

What happens during the first class?

During the first class you get to know the space, teacher and way of practice. You can work within your abilities while the teacher explains the basic exercises, safe execution and how to join the group.

Do I need previous experience?

No. Beginners are welcome and exercises are adapted to your current level. If you have an injury or health condition, tell the teacher before the class starts.
