At ZENIT, qi gong, kung fu and meditation come together as a holistic practice in which the body grows stronger, the breath deepens and the mind gradually becomes calmer. Each practice develops its own aspect, and together they form a balanced path of movement, breath and focus.

All classes are guided step by step. To begin, you do not need special preparation, only comfortable clothes and willingness to learn.
