Explore the ancient wisdom of movement, breath and focused awareness.

At ZENIT, qi gong, kung fu and meditation come together as a holistic practice in which the body grows stronger, the breath deepens and the mind gradually becomes calmer. Each practice develops its own aspect, and together they form a balanced path of movement, breath and focus.

When the mind becomes still, the path opens.
